Please allow 1-5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Orders are typically processed 1-3 business days. Little Lotus offers free domestic shipping on all orders over $75.

Please note that shipping costs are non refundable.

Lost & Stolen Packages

If packages are lost, damaged , or stolen in transit, it is the customers responsibility to request a claim with the courier service that was used. Little Lotus is not responsible for any lost or stollen packages.

Returns

Returns and Exchanges

Little Lotus offers free returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. We offer a choice of a refund to the original payment method or the option of store credit.

Please note the following exceptions for our returns and exchanges policy:

• Returned and exchanged items cannot be damaged or have signs of wear or use.

• Returned and exchanged items must be returned in all of the original packaging.

• Shipping cost and fees are not included in our return policy and are the customers responsibility.

• All refunds will be sent once the returned package is received.

• Please allow 1-3 business days to receive a response email regarding your return or exchange request.
